Great customer service, delivery of new spa and removal of old one, guy’s wer professional and very nice explained the whole process from start to finish, no issues at all, highly recommend for your next spa or pool purchase.

Can't say enough about the professionalism, and knowledge of the staff here. I came in with questions about a spa i purchased last year from another company, and Artesian staff were gracious enough to answer my questions. I have been buying all my chemicals from artesian for the past year, and will buy my next spa from them due to their exceptional customer service.

The young woman who waited on my husband this week was absolutely wonderful. She has waited on me in the past as well . We always hope she is working when we have any problems with the pool or hot tub because she is so knowledgeable and explains everything so thoroughly. And she is super pleasant to boot!!!

Always a pleasure having Artesian service our pool. They stopped by to fix our pump that seemed to be seized, but they were able to free it up same day free of charge. I was able to open my pool and get it ready for the summer. We are also having our liner replaced over the summer, looking forward to having that done and seeing the difference.
